Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

DPD Germany 5,95 EUR per shipment with two boxes each

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

Austria: Due to new national legislation pertaining to packaging waste, we are no longer able to ship to Austria.

DPD Belgium 11,90 EUR per case

Canada: The shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

DPD Denmark 17,75 EUR per case

DPD Finland 33,50 EUR per case

DPD France 16,20 EUR per box or 20,90 EUR per shipment with two cases each

DPD Luxembourg 11,90 EUR per case

DPD Netherlands 11,90 EUR per case

DPD Spain 17,75 EUR per case or 22,80 EUR per shipment with two boxes each

United Kingdom: Due to Brexit, we are currently unable to ship to the UK.

USA: The shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 14 days from conclusion of the contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
